Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax. Yearly plans are billed once a year.

Pricing, answered

What counts as a social account?
Each connected profile, Page or channel, in any workspace of your organization, counts until you disconnect it.
Is there a free trial?
Every new organization gets 14 days of Team, with no card needed. When the trial ends you're on Free unless you've chosen a plan, and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Changes apply straight away and are prorated. If you move to a plan with fewer accounts than you have connected, nothing is disconnected: new posts wait until you disconnect some or upgrade.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that you can't schedule new posts until the payment goes through.
What's the difference between Publishing and Platform API plans?
Publishing plans are for teams using the Xenon Social dashboard. Platform API plans are for software companies that put publishing inside their own product: your customers connect their accounts on a page we host, and you pay per connected account past the included ones.
